Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Puerto Rico.
How long does shipping take?
All orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days of being placed and shipped the next day, with the exception of busy seasons when processing your order may take up to 7 days.
Transit times vary depending on the shipping method selected and delivery address (between 1 and 8 business days). Transit times do not include processing time.
How do I track my order?
Tracking number is automatically e-mailed to the customer upon fulfillment of the order.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How long does it take to process my return?
In most cases, customers receive the refund within 10 business days. Processing time can vary between banks.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@michisandco.com. For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for returning items that do not meet our return/refund standards. Do not send back items that have been worn or used, as they will not be refunded/credited, nor will they be sent back to the purchaser.
General
What is a breakaway buckle?
Many collars in our store come with a breakaway buckle, also commonly called a 'safety' or 'quick release' buckle. These collars, when pulled with a decent amount of pressure, the buckle automatically releases to allow the cat to easily escape on its own in an emergency, without the help of a human. This is beneficial to prevent your cat from hanging or strangling if its collar gets stuck on something, such as a fence, etc.
Make sure your cat is heavy enough to have the strength to release the safety buckle. For kittens, it is recommended to use a specific collar for kittens. Check collars regularly to make sure they fit properly, especially if your cat is still growing or gaining weight.
Please Note: Breakaway collars should not be used to walk your pet on a leash, as there is a risk that, by applying enough pressure, the collar will auto-detach, and your pet could become lost. Michis & Co. shall not be held responsible for any related effects resulting from the decision to use this pet collar incorrectly.
Can I request changes to my order or update my shipping address?
Once the order is placed, you will have a 24-hour window to request changes to your order or changes to your shipping address. Please email us at sales@michisandco.com as soon as possible.
If your package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or forgotten unit number, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping a second time to have the package reshipped.
Do you offer custom pieces?
No, we don’t offer customization on any of our products.
