Shipping policy


Currently, we ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. 

  • We process our orders on weekdays (except Holidays).
  • All orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days of being placed and shipped the next day, with the exception of busy seasons when processing your order may take up to 7 days.
  • Transit times vary depending on the delivery address. Transit times do not include processing time.
  • Delivery time does not include Weekends or Holidays.
  • Tracking number is automatically e-mailed to the customer upon fulfillment of the order.



Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore we are not guaranteeing delivery dates.

Shipping methods:

  • USPS First Class (Standard): 4 - 8 business days
  • USPS Priority: 1 - 3 business days


All orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via our standard shipping method (USPS First Class).



IMPORTANT:

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, contact us within the next 24 hours after the order was placed. We may also contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. After 24 hours, unfortunately, the order information cannot be changed or canceled. You are responsible for providing the correct information when placing your order. Michis & Co. will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
